The Rise of the Curriculum Leader

Administrators are tasked with being Instructional Leaders, amidst the very real daily pressures of school/district management.

It’s time to look at Instructional Leadership through a more systemic lens and reveal the often overlooked ingredient that catapults more effective results: curriculum.  Though we can’t buy more time, we can shift our mindsets, make better use of our resources (including our people!), and cultivate our leadership in alignment to learning outcomes.

Join us for an intensive day-long institute, designed to engage educational leaders in hands-on, reflection-driven, collaborative professional learning.  This session will be very practical, with discussion & interactive exercises, examples/samples and scenarios exploring a variety of authentic considerations, and action-oriented planning relevant to participants’ own contexts.

  • Anchoring equity at the center of our work, rather than a parallel or afterthought

  • Ongoing planning for learning, equipping, and strategy… and avoiding pitfalls, potholes & landmines
